Job Title: AutoCAD Mechanical Drafter
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Description: We are seeking candidates from a mechanical engineering background who have completed or are currently enrolled in the AutoCAD/CAD, 3D CAD for Engineer Industrial level training program at your institute. Candidates must have received training at your institute to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on sketches, specifications, and input from engineers.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and company guidelines for dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and notation.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and make necessary revisions.
- Solve design issues or discrepancies that may arise during the drafting process.
- Prepare documentation packages including bills of materials (BOMs), parts lists, and design specifications.
- Update and maintain drawings to reflect design changes and modifications.
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering background or related field. ITI Mechanical drafter with suitable knowledge or experience can also apply.
- Completion or ongoing enrollment in the AutoCAD/CAD, 3D CAD for Engineer Industrial level training program at your institute.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and possibly other CAD software programs.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
